The nearby gastro pub was a saving grace, just a short walk away. The local amenities were plentiful, with shops and restaurants close by. The convenience of having these options within walking distance made our stay more enjoyable.
The second floor bedroom was a disaster waiting to happen. The low beams were a constant hazard, resulting in multiple head injuries during our stay.

The first floor bathroom at Elm View was amazing! It had a fantastic bath and a separate walk-in shower. I felt like I was in a luxury spa, relaxing in the tub and enjoying a refreshing shower afterwards. It was just what I needed after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found the lack of a washbasin in the first floor bathroom a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just me.

Loved the quiet location and the coziness of the cottage. Also, enjoyed the complimentary WiFi, because, you know, who needs to disconnect from the world while on vacation?
Oh, and how could I forget about the pleasure of banging my head on the low beams in the second floor bedroom! Such a thrilling experience!
